The wine industry lost a legend. So many things to highlight in this mans career is insane...
I was blessed to serve him a few times during my tenure at La Toque and even was tasked to pour 1 bottle of the Paris Tasting 73' Cab for like 40 people... that was nerve racking to say the least!
