Fabulous winemaker dinner at the in Bozeman Montana. Tom Dinkel brought Dos Lagos Cab vintages, 2019, 2018, 2016, 2014 and 2007. Paired with Chef’s amazing pairings: Raviolo, Summer Salad, Meat Board, and Red wine poached apples- chocolate covered with flathead cherries to finish. Wow! Thanks to Nicholas Bromund, Chef Tray Mathis, All of the staff. And to Norm Page.

Looks like Tommy boy had a birthday yesterday! We were feeling totally relaxed, and finally made an impromptu late lunch at R&D kitchen.  Outside by the bar with a Manhattan and a splash of champagne for me.  spaghetti and meatballs for Tom…and thanks to all our local friends, and family who wished Tom a happy birthday.
