What’s in a bottle of FRIAS RESERVA is hand selected from the right hand corner of our upper estate vineyard. This part of the vineyard gets the most exposure to sunlight in the early morning and late afternoon, which allows the grapes to get the perfect ripening flavor that we look for in our wines.

"Coming from Frias Vineyard and aged 19 months in 54% new French oak, the 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva shows more black fruits, spicy oak, and graphite, with some dark chocolate and obvious minerality. It's medium to full-bodied, ripe, concentrated and beautifully textured, with building tannins and a great finish."
