Our and are usually ready at the same time to start our habanero/persimmon ferment. But this year the persimmons aren’t quite ready so we our habaneros and wait on the persimmons. We will add the dried chilis to the persimmon mash to ferment. A great way to still get that heat and flavor of one of the most flavorful peppers there is. Excalibur Food Dehydrators
