Summer officially begins when the Black Chicken Society comes together.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our annual Member Appreciation Party. This complimentary gathering is one of our favorite traditions, a chance to celebrate another season, reconnect with friends old and new, and raise a glass to the community that makes Biale so special.

We’re grateful for every member who joined us and can’t wait to share another memorable year together.

At our recent dinner celebrating Black Chicken Society members of 20+ years, Dave and Jeri F. shared a memory from their first visit to Biale and meeting Clementina.

Her warmth made everyone feel at home, and hearing stories like these reminds us of the community that has always been at the heart of Biale.

Thank you, Dave and Jeri, for sharing your story, and thank you to all of our longtime members for growing with us.ā¤ļø

The vineyard and cellar keep us busy, but this is our favorite part.

Pouring a glass, hearing your stories, and welcoming you to the Back Porch. That’s what it is all about.

Let the countdown begin!

This past Friday, Biale wines begin their journey across the Atlantic as they make their way to Croatia, where they’ll be waiting for us aboard the brand-new Emerald Kaia Yacht.

From June 27 through July 4, we’ll cruise from Dubrovnik to Venice, sharing great wine, incredible scenery, and unforgettable experiences along the Adriatic coast.

For now, our wines are getting a head start. We’ll see them in Croatia soon.

Twenty years of friendship, shared bottles, and unforgettable memories.

Last weekend, we had the privilege of welcoming our 20+ year Black Chicken Society members for a special anniversary dinner among the vines. As the sun set over the vineyard, we were reminded that what makes Robert Biale Vineyards so special isn’t just the wine, it’s the people who have been part of this journey for decades.

Thank you for your loyalty, your stories, and your friendship. It was an evening we’ll cherish for years to come.

Words to live by. Napa wasn’t always the way we see it today.

Before the labels. Before the estates. It was families. Land. A way of life passed down without a business plan.

Napa As It WasĀ is a new short film series with four of those families, told in their own words, unscripted and unpolished, the way real stories get told.

Watch the full series at the link in our bio.

Last Saturday, we gathered a small group of friends and vintners at the winery for the screening of Napa As It Was.

Napa As It Was is a new short film series with Bob Biale, Jim Lincoln, Rich Salvestrin, and Tom Gamble. Four families who have farmed this valley across generations. The conversation that followed reminded us exactly why we made it.

Thank you to everyone who came out. Your presence made the evening feel exactly like what this whole project is about: good people, around good wine, keeping something worth keeping alive.

The full film is now available. Watch it at The link in our bio.
