After leaving his flagship brand; Merus, Mark has been traveling to the Ribera del Duero region of Spain, and the Chateauneuf de Pape region of France to enhance his knowledge of viticulture and winemaking. He has released a Spanish blend styled after Pingus under the label "Acha," and a Rhone style blend labeled "Flux." He also produces and handful of high end Cabernet's and other field blends that also possess Mark's full throttle winemaking style.
