·
Sunday, June 14th: Redwood Reset in Armstrong Redwoods. 9am to 11:30am.
For more info and to RSVP visit https://stewardscr.org/events/2026-redwoods-reset-june-14/
Amid a fast-moving and often overwhelming world, Redwoods Reset offers a gentle invitation: come walk slowly beneath the canopy of ancient trees. This 2.5-hour contemplative
experience—rooted in nature connection, gentle movement, and quiet reflection—is designed for adults seeking space to breathe, ground, and reconnect with nature, with stillness, with kindreds, and with their own inner rhythms. $20 pp + $10 parking (total $30).
Tara Taylor is a volunteer docent at Armstrong Redwoods State Natural Reserve and a graduate student pursuing an M.A. in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Expressive Arts Therapy. Drawing from her lived experience of healing through creative and embodied practice, she is passionate about creating spaces where adults can slow down, listen deeply, and rediscover their innate capacity for restoration and meaning.
