2022 Padrone Cabernet Sauvignon... Remarkable freshness and approachability. Combines richness, power and elegance. Absolutely stunning. The mid-palate is densely packed, leading into a classic Napa Cabernet finish, crunchy dark berry fruit, graphite, cassis and exquisite to***co spice. The wine’s balance and precision are extraordinary, making this the finest Padrone I’ve tasted to date. The blend includes 10% Cabernet Franc, 7% Merlot and 3% Malbec. A masterpiece. Drink 2025-2040 Alc 15.3%

Planted 40 years ago with clonal selections from one of the region’s earliest outstanding vineyards, it is now one of the oldest Chardonnay vineyards in Napa Valley.
