Happy National Rosé Day!

The history of National Rosé day was created to honor the refreshing and versatile drink that has become a staple for many wine lovers. Whether it’s enjoyed on a hot summer day or a cozy night with friends, Rosé is a beloved and versatile drink that can be paired with a variety of foods.
Rosé wine has been enjoyed for centuries, with the Greeks and Romans being some of the first civilizations to differentiate between red and white wines. However, it wasn’t until the Phocaeans brought grapevines to Marseille during the Middle Ages that rosé gained popularity.

Trace, Cosmo, and Tom headed down to the winery; they finished moving the cows and donkeys into another pasture, so we can get the grass eaten down on the property, and they do a great job on fire protection.
