We're proud to celebrate our co-founder, Elise Nerlove, on being named one of SevenFifty Daily's 2026 Drinks Innovators.

Elise, owner of Elkhorn Peak Cellars, has spent years advocating for California's smallest w**eries so they could finally have a place in w**e tourism. Alongside co-founder George O'Meara, she helped build the Micro-W**ery Guild into what it is today: a platform giving small, family-run w**eries the recognition they've always deserved.

As Elise put it, these w**eries are "opening their vineyards and farms for truly unique tasting experiences."

Congratulations Elise, the recognition is well earned.

Since 1983, Ken Nerlove of Elkhorn Peak Cellars has been growing grapes on the same 8-acre hillside vineyard atop Jamieson Canyon, one of Napa Valley's prime spots for Pinot Noir. He's spent over 40 years outside, working the land with his own hands, watching the vines grow season after season.

For Ken, the job comes down to being outdoors, doing the work himself, and getting to see the results of that work in the glass. The spirit of hard work and creativity embodies the culture of all Micro-W**ery Guild members.
