In celebration of National Cocktail Day, (of course , isn’t every day National Cocktail Day?!?), we ‘re having one of our new favorites on the patio today. One that we like to call the Tokyo Cowboy! Bright Mexican Lime with Japanese Yuzu flavors. It’s our elevated version of the Far West Texas favorite Ranch Water. It’s an easy recipe, and unbelievably refreshing: 1.5 oz Penta Blanco, 1 oz fresh squeezed Lime Juice, finish with Sparkling Lime and Yuzu , and finish with a pinch of sea salt and on the rim.
