Welcome to the sweet course. If you love chocolate, then this is the place for you. As a founding curator with The Cocoa Exchange, I will continue to teach you something new about cocoa or even a new way to cook with it every month. I started my direct sales business with cocoa back in February of 2014 with Dove Chocolate Discoveries and now with The Cocoa Exchange and I have enjoyed every minute. Whether it is hosting a tasting experience with you, researching recipes or practicing in my kitchen at home, I am always learning new ways to use chocolate.
