Across S.L.V. and FAY, regenerative organic farming is a daily discipline. Cover crops build healthy soils, natural habitats encourage biodiversity, and water is managed with precision.

These practices helped make Stag’s Leap W**e Cellars the first estate in the Stags Leap District AVA to become Regenerative Organic Certified® in 2024. Organic Month offers an opportunity to recognize that achievement, and the ongoing responsibility behind it.
