Today is all about caring for our 2025 vintage barrels. 🍷

As part of the barrel aging process, we’re carefully adding sulfur to protect the wine and topping off each barrel to replace the small amount lost through natural evaporation. These meticulous steps help preserve quality and ensure every bottle reflects the care and craftsmanship that define Encanto Vineyards.

We can’t wait to share these wines with you when they’re ready. Until then, come experience a barrel tasting at our new South Napa location and enjoy a behind-the-scenes glimpse of our winemaking journey.

Bud break is here… and everything begins again 🌱 This is one of the most delicate stages in the vineyard. These tiny buds need protection, attention, and care—just like a newborn baby. Every decision we make now will shape the quality of the grapes… and the wine you’ll one day enjoy. 🍷 Nature never stops. And neither do we.
