If you’ve ever been to Japan, you’ve no doubt encountered the wonders of the beloved konbini — those little convenience stores that are less “little” in spirit than they are cultural institutions, revered for their round-the-clock accessibility, highly curated snacks, and always-on and ready-when-you-need-it energy.

This Friday, we unveil a collaborative homage to these cultural touchstones with Konbini Break, an ultra-crisp and extra dry Japanese-style Rice Lager brewed with our friends from Cincinnati, Streetside Brewery. A beer that carves a clean, elegant pathway between tradition and craft, curation and convenience. A beer that’s always on.

A conveniently delicate, ultra crisp, and extra dry lager inspired by the grab and go goodness of the Japanese ‘Konbini’ stop. Jasmine rice aromas meld with Adeena and Saphir hops to present noble notes of lemon and cedar in this collaborative effort from Hidden Hand Brewing & Cincinnati’s Streetside Brewery.
