Farm-to-Fresh Hop IPA. Fresh Fractured drops tomorrow, Tuesday, the same day it is packaged.
We’ve been waiting all year to get our hands on this one. Fresh Fractured starts with whole-cone Strata hops picked at 7AM at Coleman Hops in Oregon and added to beer we made in Illinois less than 12 hours later. It’s about as close to drinking a hop field as you’re going to get.
We tried a completely new fresh hop process this year and we’re really fu***ng into it. Maybe it was the liquid nitrogen that would’ve made our high school science teachers proud. Maybe it was the mulcher. Either way, we executed a way to pull more of that oily hop heaven into the beer than we ever have before.
Fresh Strata cranked all the way up. Intensely aromatic, explosively juicy, diesel-dank hop oils, and this delicate green freshness underneath it all.
This is the best fresh hop beer we’ve ever made and it isn’t close. We love the hell out of the fresh hop beers we’ve made before, so we do not say that lightly.
Drink it cold. Drink it fresh.
Tuesday at noon in Naperville.
Tuesday at 5PM in Chicago.
