🤍Add lemon juice, and extracts, mix until well combined then add your eggs one at a time until homogeneous
💙Add your dry ingredients and mix until you have an even dough then cover with plastic wrap and chill for 1 hour
❤️Divide your dough into thirds, color 1/3 blue, 1/3 red and leave1/3 uncolored
🤍Take 1 Tablespoon of each color of dough, round each into a ball, then pinch the three balls together mixing gently to marble; roll dough back into a ball and place on a Wilton cookie sheet lined with parchment paper (repeat for all your dough)
💙Bake at 375° F for 8 to 10 minutes until cookies are completely baked (Katelyn likes to take them out of the oven when they start to get the slightest amount of browning) then allow to cool on the cookie sheet
❤️Top with Wilton's ready-to-use Cookie Icing and sprinkles, sandwich between a scoop of ice cream, or enjoy on their own
