A few years ago I realized my eating habits were affecting my health more than I wanted to admit.

One simple change we made at home was starting our mornings with fresh smoothies using ingredients grown right here on our farm.

In this smoothie we blended:
Fresh red dragon fruit
Banana
Soursop
Loquat
Fresh moringa
Purslane greens

It’s amazing how much better you feel when you start putting real food back into your routine.

We filmed the process and shared the video to encourage others trying to make healthier choices one step at a time.

🌵 How We Grow Dragon Fruit at Jessie’s Tropical Fruit Farm 🌴

We just shared a full breakdown of how we plant and grow dragon fruit here at the farm in Naples, Florida.
