Customers are telling us that our Japanese selection is the largest they have found around. We have dedicated 3 shelves 16 feet long entirely to Japanese whiskies, gins, vodkas, liqueur, shochu, and sake.

Our family wants to extend a sincere thanks to everyone who came out to our first Spotlight Tasting with St. George Spirits. We enjoyed all of your support and introducing you to our store and staff.

Some of you commented that it sounded odd to go to a liquor store for a Friday evening. And then you learned we are not your typical “liquor store”….

New to gin, we suggest you start with this simple but classic Gin cocktail - a Tom Collins. Or you can substitute lime for the lemon and try a Gin Rickey. Omit the soda water and your Rickey is now a Gimlet. Whatever your preference, the fresh citrus compliments the herbal notes of gin.

And the gin you select makes a difference too. Just like all the other categories of spirits, there are styles of gin as well. Juniper forward, floral, herbaceous, etc. Want to learn more about the diversity in gin, please join us this Friday evening from 4-7pm with St. George Spirit. They make 5 different varieties of gin - each with their own unique profile.
