I had the privilege to cater a gorgeous wedding last weekend and I can’t get over how it all turned out!! Peanut butter sandwiches, lemon crunch sandwiches, classic chocolate chip sandwich and a fabulous 4 layer chocolate chip cookie cake. This really got me interested in events and catering! This is a lemon crunch sandwich 🍋🍋. You have your white chocolate chips, lemon oil, my homemade lemon extract, lemon zest, and lemon juice!! a filling of lemon curd and buttercream. All rolled in a sugar combo to make it have that crunchy shell. 🍋🍋.

I’m trying something new, cuz decorating is not my thing! You get to decorate these soft melt in your mouth sugar cookies. I strive to use all natural food colors so the orange royal icing incorporates plant based coloring. Message me to reserve your box! Limited supply before Halloween.
