Sunday Brunch made easy! These are the double yolks that we get to enjoy.

Cast iron cooking tip: preheat the pan, add a healthy oil, crack eggs onto the cast iron, flip, and finish cooking on the other side. When almost finished, turn off the heat to continue cooking without direct heat. You will always get the perfect eggs for brekky.

Have you ever opened a carton of eggs and just paused… because of how beautiful it is?

My family gives me a hard time; they say packaging would go a whole lot faster if I didn’t have to arrange every carton in a certain pattern. And honestly… they’re not wrong 😅

But for me, it’s part of it. Every carton is placed with intention, every color balanced just right. Because when someone opens that lid, I want them to see the beauty first, before they ever taste what’s inside.

Food should be nourishing… but it should be beautiful too.

What it actually costs to produce one egg here…
And no—this doesn’t include my time, labor, or the hand-stamped cartons I designed back in 2023.

When you break it down, we’re sitting around $0.42 an egg, and that’s on a well-managed, high-producing flock.

Now multiply that by everything you don’t see: Early mornings. Late nights. Daily care. Weather. Losses. Infrastructure. Growth.

This is why when you see eggs for $3 a dozen… it doesn’t add up on a small farm. We’re not just selling eggs.
We’re raising a flock that converts feed, thrives on pasture, and produces eggs that actually nourish your family. Yes, the younger kids out of the 7 will feed them buckets of worms they find or the random snake.

And yes… every single one is
