Hi House in the Woods Kitchen fans! Trying something a little bit different this year, ditched the website due to the expense. I’m going to post here what I have available each Saturday at the farm from 9 AM to 12 PM. There’s so little that I can do with farm ingredients under cottage law that I am branching out into whole wheat sourdough! And soon to come gluten-free sourdough. So this week, I will have four whole wheat rosemary focaccia for sale, at $15 each. Shoot me a private message if you’re interested! Pick up only!

Hold the phone, House in the Woods Kitchen fans! Never mind sourdough, which I just can’t seem to master…
Finally was able to gather all ingredients necessary to try a method of gluten-free bread, thank you, Vitacost! And I may never eat gluten again! These loaves have a chewy crust, a really nice crumb, and an excellent flavor! No yucky gums, only psyllium husk. I am going to work on perfecting this, and then won’t be fun to have a little boule or baguette from my table to take home with your veg and goodies?!

It’s certainly a lovely morning for a drive out to Inyoni organic farm for a stroll and a shop at the house in the woods...
