Founded by Tim Moore whose legacy is continued through his wife Diane, and winemaker son, Nathaniel, the winery is housed in a renovated circa 1865 carriage house to create an artistic space that keeps people coming back for MOORE! Our winery seeks to embody the true characteristics of the vineyards, to express the passion and artistry of the farmers who cultivate the flavors for our wines. It is

in these vineyards, where sustainable farming practices lay the foundation of our philosophy. It flows through the winery, where recycled materials build the framework of our sustainable business philosophy and in the cellar where thoughtful environmental production practices are utilized. With a foundation of over 15 years of winemaking and grape growing experience in the Finger Lakes, continual education and ever evolving philosophy, Inspire Moore is producing some of the best wines in the region.
