Tulsi! One of my favorite herbs. The flavor is unique and hard to explain (different varieties, have different profiles). I would say a light blend of basil, mint, and anise, with a bit of a peppery taste. Quite good! 🌿

Tulsi helps your body process stress and anxiety, has anti-inflammatory compounds, and can help lower blood sugar. And more! 😌
