Saturday was a BIG day at das Klein Bauernhof. Major improvements are planned for the sugar haus. We took delivery of a custom made arch and hood from Smoky Lake Maple Products The arch is where the fire is and the evoporator pans sit on top. This major improvement will help us make better syrup more efficiently. Keep watching for future posts as this is the start to major improvements to the sugar haus this fall and winter!
