Testing has begun on our Sonoran Desert Southwest Seasoning!! 🌵🌶
Slow-braised beef with green chiles, onion, and diced tomatoes brought out some seriously delicious, bold Southwest flavor. We’re so close—just a few minor tweaks left before testing it on other meats. This one’s got us excited… stay tuned! 👀🔥

We finally tried our hand at the smoker — and I’d say our first run was a success! 🔥
This pork shoulder was tender, juicy, packed with flavor, and the bone pulled out clean!

We started by generously seasoning it with our Original BBQ Seasoning, letting it cook low and slow to build that beautiful, crave-worthy bark. Just look at it! 🤤
Pulled apart like butter and tasted absolutely incredible.

To finish it off, we added a drizzle of Swineapple Glaze from the Historic Lynchburg Tennessee Whiskey brand, and let me tell you… the flavor explosion was unreal. Sweet, smoky, and downright addictive.

We’re beyond excited to keep testing more of our blends in the smoker!
