Dare I say that I keep my white pumpkins out for as long as they last? I had a white pumpkin that lasted two years in my house. It turned yellow after the first year but didn’t show any signs of rot, or spotting for almost two years. When it started spotting I threw it in the yard waste. Pumpkins make my heart happy! 😏

Ever buy a pumpkin with a stem so lovely you remove the stem before leaving it out for the squirrels? Yes, I’m that person, too. I found this random stem in my tote and I already had a pumpkin that needed a makeover… so, TaDAAA! Waiting for the glue to set but I already love it. Reuse, recycle, reinvent! Always have some crafting glue handy, JIC! Have fun today!

Today’s “finish”. Yay! Did this before my house was full of chaos. My elderly parents are here, and it’s nuts but I’m getting up extra early to ensure I have a few hours to myself. Change of plans! Decided to bind the quilt before fussing with the little buttons. My brain is mush this morning. Wondering if the cleaning crew will show up to clear the leaves and spring mess in this heat wave. Ugh. If it’s not rainy, it’s windy or hot as stovetop. When is the “nice” weather going to finally get here? 🙄
