Here’s our chef twelve years ago waiting in line to enter the then NEW Whole Foods store in Nashua. Now, she visits the farms and creates ready-made meals, sourdough pizzas, bone stock soups, custom caters, and brings NH products to her market a few miles down 101A in a tiny 1980’s strip mall for a Whole lot less. And there is no other market like this in New England.
