Touched By Fire Touched By Fire cooks up Neapolitan style, fresh, made-to-order pizza on-site for guests of 50+.

Fueled with local apple wood, our wood fired oven cooks at up to 900 degrees so pizza is ready from oven to plate in 90-120 seconds. Our specialty pizza and calzones include red, white and pesto based sauces, a wide range of toppings as well as salads, fire roasted appetizers and dessert pizza - all made with the freshest ingredients.

Grateful to have been able to cook up pizza last night for all the SJN youth returning from the Steubenville NYC retreat. It was our daughter's 5th and final Steubenville conference before she heads off to college. Bittersweet! They all inspire with radiating faith!!

Tomorrow will be our last day selling pizza at Brookdale Fruit Farm - Hollis, NH for the 2014 season. We have had so much fun cooking up seasonal pizzas this fall. It has been a pleasure, friends. Come out tomorrow, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and get your wood fired pizza!

Brookdale gave us a bunch of sweet corn last weekend and we offered it as a topping. It was popular with all our sauces - pumpkin, tomato, pesto and white garlic! Of course, we taste test everything we serve up (that's part of the fun!) and we thought they were all yummy! Come out tomorrow and give one a try for lunch!

Today was a first. Chris' family threw him a 75th birthday party today at Brookdale Farm so they could all enjoy our pizza! We usually bring the party. It was fun having the party come to us!!!
