Think shorter service. Small, easy-to-enjoy bites. Beautiful presentation. And all the fun of the Le Gris cart.

Meats, cheeses, fruit + savory & sweet little bites made for mingling.

🥞 Pancake Bites
Fresh mini pancakes, fruit, toppings, sauces + something sweet after dark.

Perfect for weddings, after-parties, corporate events, celebrations, nightlife events & late-night pop-ups.

And of course, we can dress up the experience to match the vibe — florals, décor, lights, neon and custom touches. ✨

Sometimes creating an experience starts with finding just the right flower. 🌸

We’re getting ready for a beautiful rooftop event next week, and these oversized blooms are just one little piece of what we have planned. 👀

Because at Le Gris, it’s never just about the charcuterie. Or the pancakes. Or even the cart.

We love looking at the aesthetic, the venue, the colors and the overall vibe—and finding those special details that make the entire setup feel like it was created for that event.

The food should be delicious, of course. But we want the experience to be beautiful, fun and a little unexpected too. ✨

This is only one of five flowers… and I cannot wait to show you what we’re doing with the rest. 🌸🌸🌸
