Switched it up with some KCBS this weekend close to home cooking ribs, chicken, pork and dessert at the Robertson County Fair, TN BBQ Throwdown. Turn-in’s 30 minutes apart in a 10-minute window working alone. 😮💨
Rounded-out the day with a perfect score in dessert and 9th overall out of 32 teams. That Prairie Fresh USA Prime pork butt (photo left) from TN Craft Butcher was beautiful! 🔥
Back to the rib cookoffs next weekend in Wisconsin for Smokin’ for Paws. 🐾
