Church and Union did NOT disappoint for brunch! 🥂🔥 An 8.5/10 experience that you definitely need to add to your weekend plans.
Here is the breakdown:
* The Mimosa Deal: Unbeatable. 🍾 $11 carafes that get you about 5 mimosas. You literally cannot beat that value.
* Applewood Bacon Omelette: Incredibly flavorful and perfectly balanced. 🍳
* The Sides: The home fries were straight up BUSSIN, and whatever magic they put in that jam? Absolute fire. ❤️
* The Sauce: Shoutout to their house hot sauce, it tied the whole meal together. 🌶️

Another Thursday, another absolute banger on Deaderick Street! 🇻🇳🔥
If you haven’t pulled up to the Vietastic food truck yet, you are seriously missing out on your lunch break. They are locked in right off Deaderick Street every Thursday from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM, so mark your calendars.
Here’s the breakdown:
* Pot Stickers (7.6/10): Crispy, savory, and the perfect starter to kick things off.
* Pork and Rice (8.6/10): Total FLAVOR BOMB. The meat was so tender, but honestly... whatever that sauce was? Out of this world. I low-key need the recipe immediately because it tied the whole plate together.

Strikeout Wingz got some explaining to do... but in a good way?! 😭 TBH the Lemon Pepper wings were nothing special—supposed to be wet, but they came out pretty dry. Rating them a solid 7.8/10.
BUT HOLD UP. The real star of the show was this mystery flavor they accidentally gave me. No clue what it is, but it’s an absolute 9.4/10! 🔥 If you pull up, literally just show them this video and tell them "I want whatever he ordered" 🤣

Run, don’t walk to Falla The Smoke 🏃💨 We’re hitting up this Nashville gem and the oxtails did NOT disappoint. Pure fall-off-the-bone perfection.
🔥 Oxtails: 9.1/10 (Absolute must-try) 🧀 Mac & Cheese: Creamy, baked right, seasoned perfectly. 🥬 Cabbage: Full of flavor, not soggy at all.

Is it even a night out in Music City if you don’t end up here? 🎸 Finally tried the legendary Daddy’s Dog at Daddy’s Dogs and let me tell you—it lives up to the hype.
Rating: 8.7/10 ⭐️
The perfect snap, the grilled onions, and that "Daddy’s Sauce"... it’s basically a hug in a bun after a few drinks on Broadway. If you’re looking for the ultimate late-night fuel, this is the spot.
