What are y’all whippin’ up this weekend? BBQ chicken thighs are always a great cheap eat.

Simple olive oil/rub base marinade. Added garlic and fresh lemon juice, plus some secrets 🤫

Went with the fajita rub in the marinade. Easy glaze made with championship blend, plus the Papí touch.

Mix it up and try something new next time you fire up the grill!

Papí got a lil fancy this weekend 👨‍🍳

The Sweet Peach Heat glazed chicken breast was on point per usual. Tried something new with these roasted golden potatoes and they turned out amazing. For those asking how much butter to use, the answer is more.

Beautiful day to fire up the big rig! Did some chicken breast to prove we can do something other than ribs. Oh, and we did some ribs… apricot glazed ribs to be exact 🤤
