What are y’all whippin’ up this weekend? BBQ chicken thighs are always a great cheap eat.

Simple olive oil/rub base marinade. Added garlic and fresh lemon juice, plus some secrets 🤫

Went with the fajita rub in the marinade. Easy glaze made with championship blend, plus the Papí touch.

Mix it up and try something new next time you fire up the grill!

First competition ✅✅

What a great learning experience!! Every team we met was so accommodating. Thank you to all of those that offered their sage advice all weekend.

And… we brought home some damn hardware!! We won the Friday night anything contest with our (now world famous) “Beanza”
