Rcu has been making some catering deliveries for Bishop's Meat & 3 in Cool Springs. GM Mike Nicholson tells me they get many catering orders from pharmaceutical reps and also office managers in the Cool Springs area. I can say this much that their food is beyond delicious and if you like down home cooking this is the place for you. I do know the carrot souffle and banana pudding are to die for. Bishop's is located at 3065 Mallory Lane in Cool Springs, Franklin, TN. Give it a try I know you will like it. Murray

RCU had another catering event at Arrington Vineyards. This is a great venue for gatherings. The view from the outside deck of the countryside is truly beautiful.
