The past paves ways to the future. We've done it again, here is our second iteration of BA Coffee. This is a Colombian bean aged in whiskey barrels for 6 weeks then roasted to a medium/dark roast. You pick up berry notes with a hint of whiskey and that distinctive oak smell and chard richness from the barrel.

The Ghost barrel lost in the warehouse for 3 years, this grade A light maple syrup was washed in bourbon, rye and rum barrels. Each time whatever didn't remain in the barrel was dumped back into the original, this process developed a truly unique and unbelievable flavor. Perfect for that hard to please Christmas Grinch 🎅❤️🎄

After a lengthy explanation process we have settled on a new bottle for all maple syrups going forward.

Left: Cuvee' Grade A Light maple, aged 3 years in a combination of bourbon, rye & rum barrels

Right:Jack Daniels Grade A Amber maple, aged 1 year in a Jack Daniels Full Proof barrel.

All these delicious syrups are sourced from http://www.hamelsyrup.com/ which is completely family-owned and operated & have been In the business of maple syrup since 1982.

The light variation has a rich buttery flavor eith a sweet maple finish, where as the amber variation has a stronger maple flavor with a rich caramel flavor that pairs well for a bourbon forward flavor.

It has arrived and I shall be called Cuvee'. A mix of Bourbon, Rye whiskey & rum washed grade A maple syrup. The flavor is truly unique, you get butterscotch notes from the bourbon with a subtle spice from the rye and a sweet aftertaste from the rum. I'm so excited to make this available this holiday season.
