What up folks! J&D smokers checking in on weekend food trailer life. Yesterday we were out in Bellevue at the red caboose music festival and I have to say folks it was a very chill atmosphere, people just hanging out enjoying the good weather and some fantastic music & BBQ ! Listen folks sometimes it's good to just sit back, have a brew & brisket sandwich, listen to smooth tunes, and just say f..k what's going on this crazy world I'm chilling today , just saying, but folks just want to thank the good people of Bellevue community we enjoyed spending time with ya ! I got my man Joey Joe putting in that work making sure everything is all clean up and ready to go for the turnip green festival at the Farmers market November 1, from 11am till sold out we will definitely have that brisket on deck along with our other fantastic meats! To all my folks that been asking when y'all coming to Donelson it's time see y'all Sunday, example! When you get out of church jump in your car and zoom over to the truck stop and pick up a plate that's it!
