The Zone Rule 👇

Top shelf of cabinet is eye make-up.
Middle shelf is face and lips.
Bottom shelf are tools and daily use items.

Once everything has a zone, you stop digging. Your hand already knows where to go.

The messy middle of an organizing project 🤍
This is a real morning at a client’s home here in Nashville. Drawers emptied, counters full, and a team sorting through it all, one category at a time.
We want you to know what working with us feels like: no judgment, no shame, no “how did it get like this?” Just a plan, a patient team, and a home that works better for the people living in it.
If you’ve been putting off a space that feels too big to start, we’d love to help. Send us a message and tell us which room is stressing you out.

1. Shoe zones for every member in the family
2. Hooks for bags, backpacks, purses, keys, you name it.
3. Bins with your quick “grab and go” hot items. Sunscreen, bug spray, sporting items, school must haves, or socks.

Every family needs a landing zone that actually works…and this one delivers. Labeled bins for travel gear, first aid, sunscreen & bug spray. Open cubbies for daily grab-and-go essentials. Shoe storage with a mix of open shelves and hidden baskets. Topped off with a custom butcher block bench for sitting to put shoes on.

The result? A space that looks good AND functions even better. No more shoe piles or “where did I put the sunscreen” chaos.

1. A landing zone for the odd stuff: ties, belts, scarves, hats, etc
Vertical space, not a drawer graveyard.
2. Labeled bins for less frequently used items. You don’t want these in prime real-estate.
(Think seasonal, too small/ too big, needs to be sewn/ fixed, special occasion)
3. Shoes off the floor. A shoe solution changes everything. Makes vacuuming/ sweeping so much easier. Keeps your shoes nicer longer.

Tell me your closet’s biggest struggles in the comments and I’ll tell you the one thing that will fix it 👇

I said what I said. 🏷️
Some people think labels are overkill, I think they’re the difference between a pantry that stays organized and one that doesn’t make it past a few weeks. Which camp are you in? 👇

This client got rid of a ton before we started. Bags of clothes, gone.

And that alone still wouldn’t have kept this closet looking like this six months from now.

Decluttering removes the excess. It doesn’t create a system. Without a home for every category, a place for every hanger, a plan for what goes where — the mess just rebuilds itself with less stuff.

Purging is step one. This is step two.

Storage shouldn’t be stressful. We turned this cluttered garage into a system that actually makes sense — easy to find, easy to maintain. This is what organized living looks like.
