🏁 WAR IN THE WOODS XV — SPECTATOR PARKING & ADMISSION 🏁

PLEASE READ BEFORE HEADING TO THE TRACK! We have a lot of spectators coming, limited space at the track, and we want to keep traffic moving and everyone safe.

💵 ADMISSION — CASH ONLY
• 2-Day Pass — $40
• 1-Day Pass — $30
• Kids 12 & under — FREE
• Racers — FREE
• Racer crew members must pay admission

⚠️ WAIVERS ARE REQUIRED FOR EVERYONE.

Your wristband MUST remain on your wrist at all times. If you leave and return without your wristband, you will be required to purchase admission again.

We WILL have people checking wristbands throughout the event. Anyone caught without one will be asked to leave or repurchase admission.

🚨 GATE TIMES

THURSDAY — 2:00 PM
Spectator gates open. You can purchase your wristbands early, and anyone with pre-purchased VIP may pick up their VIP packet at the track gate as well with Media and Sponsors.

FRIDAY — 9:00 AM
Please be mindful that racers will also be arriving.

SATURDAY — 9:00 AM

🚗 SPECTATOR PARKING — PLEASE READ!

We have TWO spectator parking locations:

📍 Brown County Dragway
Parking is available at the track UNTIL THE LOTS ARE FULL.

📍 Bill Monroe Music Park & Campground
Once track parking fills, ALL spectator parking will be directed to Bill Monroe. There is plenty of room there, and you can take the trail over to the track. You will also be able to purchase your event wristband there.

We will make a separate post with Bill Monroe parking information and location.

⚠️ TRACK PARKING FILLS QUICKLY!

Watch our page for updates announcing when track parking is FULL. Please check BEFORE driving to the track. Coming to the track after parking is full just to be turned around creates unnecessary traffic backups.

Once spectator parking at the track is FULL, only VIP, racers, sponsors and handicap drop-offs will be allowed through.

🚫 DO NOT PARK:
• Along Gatesville Road
• Along State Road 135
• In neighboring properties or fields
• In business parking lots
• Anywhere you have not been directed to park

YOU MAY BE TOWED.

For everyone’s safety, please DO NOT walk along Gatesville Road or State Road 135. This is one of the biggest reasons we are directing overflow parking to Bill Monroe.

🚫 NO SPECTATOR GOLF CARTS OR PIT BIKES AT THE TRACK.

We simply do not have the space to accommodate them. If you arrive with one, you will be directed to Bill Monroe.

🚫 NO SPECTATOR TRUCKS & TRAILERS AT THE TRACK.

You will also be directed to Bill Monroe to park.

♿ HANDICAP & ELDERLY ACCESS

We have a LIMITED amount of handicap parking available at the track.

We do allow handicap spectators to be dropped off at the gate.

We are also working on a shuttle option specifically for elderly and handicap spectators from Bill Monroe to the track. This is not guaranteed yet, but we are working on it and will post more information as it becomes available.

🚙 PLEASE CARPOOL IF POSSIBLE!

Our parking is in a FIELD.

It is NOT paved.
It is NOT gravel.
It is NOT perfect.

There are hills, ruts, mud when it’s wet and dust when it’s dry. Please choose the vehicle you bring accordingly.

We will have signs and staff directing parking. PLEASE LISTEN TO THEM AND BE KIND. Our space is extremely valuable and limited, and there is a reason behind where vehicles are being placed.

When leaving, please EXIT THROUGH GATE 2.

If you plan on returning, MAKE SURE YOUR WRISTBAND IS STILL ON YOUR WRIST!

We know parking isn’t perfect. We know the property has limitations. We are making improvements every race and doing everything we can to make War In The Woods safer and better for racers AND spectators.

Please plan ahead, follow the signs, listen to our staff, be patient with one another and help us keep traffic moving.

Brown County Dragway, brace yourselves — TEDRO’S Kettle Corn is rolling into War in the Woods XV like a sugar‑dusted wrecking ball. Engines will roar, tires will scream, and our kettle will be out here doing their own kind of drag racing… one fresh, sweet, dangerously addictive batch at a time.

If you hear a crowd cheering, don’t assume it’s for the cars — it might just be someone getting their first bag of TEDRO’S and achieving spiritual enlightenment.
