Happy New Year, Wavers! 🥳 Hope we’re all feeling tip top and recovered from any celebrations that may have occured. Alcohol has been known to cause some pretty unfun moments the next day and all wine contains alcohol, and we believe everyone should drink responsibly.

That said, if given the choice between a glass of conventional wine (made with chemically-farmed grapes and 70+ additives) and a glass of natural wine (organically-farmed grapes, no synthetic additives), which one do you think is the wiser choice?

Enter Holiday co-ferments! First it was rosé, then it was light reds and now we're clamoring for something smack dab in the middle. Over the last few years, there's been an upswell in wines made from blends of white and red grapes all fermented in the same vat together. They're the best of both worlds: vibrant, thirst-quenching, and downright juicy in all the right ways. Perfect to share with your Holiday meals!
