We are Nashville's oldest natural food grocery and are still independently owned and operated. Located in the heart of Sylvan Park...we began bringing the freshest produce available and have since added gourmet cheeses, pecans, and salad dressings, thoughtfully-selected grocery items, organic products, coffees, bulk items, farm fresh eggs, seafoods, and meats. We also offer one of Nashville's only privately operated water filtration systems for your convenience.

October 24th is the new Saturday for Fall Fest!!!!!
Unfortunately, this weekend seems to be rained out. With hurricane weather, we wouldn’t be able to properly show love & gratitude to our vendors and customers.
So come celebrate local/small businesses with us in a spooky way on October 24th!!

We are slowly working on putting more time in into our social media/advertising, and throwing more fun grassroots events. This summer was tough; our dairy cooler had issues due to this crazy heat. But you guys stuck by us, and we thank you exponentially! Shout out to our farmers as well for they are truly amazing & resilient.

Sooooo, help us make an epic fall comeback by liking & reposting this to reach the people who may not know we are here! Our store is still popular with locals from Barry’s sweet legacy, but there’s so many new faces we’d still love to meet.
