JK Brewing consist of Josh, Karen, and one angry ass cat named Schrodinger (she is mostly just a prop… a prop that bites…) we live and brew in Nashville Tennessee. If you have meet us out and about or at a brew competition we would love to hear from you and what you thought about our brew. ( but keep in mind I did not make it for you!!)- got to love a good Rocky Horror reference ☺

So it has been a long time but we have been crazy busy! Hoping to make it out to the UJ comp in June. Working on the recipe now. Hope to see you all there!!!

This weekend we bottled the Apple Ale and went to the first annual middle Tennessee Homebrewer's meet up at Mayday brewery (had about 5 different clubs there). Met a bunch of cool people and tried some awesome beer. A big thanks to Mayday for hosting!

Brewing!!! Today is our first day using real fruit (2 apples) in a batch. Let's see what happens :)

P.S. It's a baby one gallon batch...what could possible happen....

So going to spend some time today working on a new recipe…. I am sure it will consist of sitting curled in the fetal position mumbling about hops by the time i am done

well we placed 3rd in our first event out!!! a big ty to union jacks and to all the other brewers there for making it so much fun!!
