Back in college, late-night study sessions often called for quick and tasty snacks. That’s when I discovered the Nacho Cheese Beef Wrap—a creation born from convenience and a craving for something cheesy and satisfying. Since then, it's been a nostalgic reminder of those caffeine-fueled nights. 🌯✨

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef 🥩
8 flour tortillas 🌯
1 cup nacho cheese sauce 🧀
1 packet taco seasoning 🌮
1 cup shredded lettuce 🥬
1 tomato, diced 🍅
1/2 cup sour cream 🍶
1/2 cup jalapeños, sliced 🌶️

Instructions:
1️⃣ In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat. 🥩🔥
2️⃣ Add the taco seasoning to the beef along with a splash of water. Stir and cook until well combined. 🌮🔄
3️⃣ Warm the flour tortillas in a microwave or on a skillet for about 30 seconds to make them pliable. 🌯✨
4️⃣ Spread a generous amount of nacho cheese sauce down the center of each tortilla. 🧀📏
5️⃣ Spoon some of the seasoned beef onto the cheese. 🥩➕🧀
6️⃣ Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños for some crunch and spice. 🥬🍅🌶️
7️⃣ Drizzle with a bit of sour cream for creaminess. 🍶💧
8️⃣ Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, and then roll it up from the bottom like a burrito. 🌯✋
9️⃣ Cut each wrap in half, if desired, and serve warm. Enjoy your cheesy, beefy creation! 😋🥳
