☕️🥐 For the dads. And the coffee lovers.

This Father’s Day weekend, we’re introducing a very limited edition of our cream-filled croissant: the Mocha Croissant. Buttery croissant, smooth espresso cream, rich dark chocolate, and a sprinkle of crushed chocolate-covered espresso beans. We’ll only make a small batch each day from Friday to Sunday, so stop by early to grab one before they disappear (no preorders, first come first serve).

The Violette de Valland is here… but only for a little while. 💜

Created exclusively for the Matryoshka Coffee Coffee Crawl, this limited-edition drink starts with our locally roasted cold brew, topped with a house-made violette-infused cold foam and finished with crushed authentic French violette candies.

A few little stories behind this drink:

• The violette is the emblem flower of my hometown, Toulouse, making this drink especially close to my heart.
• We flavor the cold foam and garnish it with violette candies from France. Their delicate floral flavor is unlike anything you’ve probably tasted before.
• These candies are almost impossible to find in the U.S.—our French friends Quentin and Gaby actually brought them back in their suitcases for us 🙏🏼!

Because our supply is so limited, the Violette de Valland will only be available at our Bakery & Café through June 28—or until we run out of our precious stash of candies.

Complet Poulet, our sandwich of the moment that only gets better and better as we head into 🍅 tomato season! Roast chicken, lettuce, aioli (garlic mayo) and farm fresh tomatoes.

Pair it with any of our salads, a grain bowl or pasta salad and your lunch will also be complet!

Lemonade, but make it French and pretty! Cocorico’s Citronnade is here to keep you cool through our hot and humid summer ☀️

We make a special syrup with Toulouse violet candy (Violettes de Toulouse), a traditional French delicacy featuring the small purple flower, crafted from real violet petals reflecting the city’s deep-rooted violet industry. It adds a subtle sweetness, and we just love it!

Cocorico is Team Chocolatine! In Toulouse, where Elodie is from, chocolate wrapped in croissant dough is known as chocolatine so this week’s Cocorico (hot) Take is when you’re here, don’t order a pain au chocolate - ask for a chocolatine!!

We’re open regular hours 8am - 2:30pm this weekend and will also be at so there’s many ways for you to do this!

Do customers still sit and work on their laptops? Of course and we are always happy to be a space for that. And we are also a place where you can shut off and enjoy being unplugged too. We just don’t have WiFi 😉
