Phyllo Pizza Week!!!

First, start out by layering eight pieces of phyllo dough.
Then sprinkle cheese around where your crust will be to make stuffed crust.
Then you roll the dough around the cheese to create the crust.
Cover each dough sheet with olive oil.
Add your homemade pizza sauce or your favorite sauce.
I smoked some mozzarella with wood chips, but you can just buy smoked mozzarella to make it easy!
Put down your mozzarella, followed by prosciutto, honey, salted cherry tomatoes, and then asiago and Parmesan cheese for the top!
Bake at 400° for 12 minutes and voilà!
