At a beach condo in North Carolina for a wedding, and I needed an easy NA bevvy. Thanks to in Wilmington, NC for carrying such a big selection of NA spirits, including this tequila. Just received my August box from and I'm super excited to try this NA limoncello!!! Limoncello was one of the things I thought I might never have again, so I love that an NA version exists now. I'm planning on making one of the recipes from the box tomorrow. Stay tuned!

I'm finally getting around to using some of the ingredients from previous months' boxes. This is the Pretty In Pink Paloma from last December's box.

I wasn't too sure I'd like the .sayso sachet, as I was not expecting a whole lot out of a fancy teabag steeped cold, but I was very impressed. I loved the flavor, especially the hit of cardamom.

The raspberry spirit was equally as impressive in the mocktail. It's not as earthy as a pink gin would be but not as sweet as a raspberry vodka. It's somewhere in the middle. I have to say, every time I try a new non-alcoholic spirit, I'm more and more impressed. Some do a fabulous job at mimicking their alcoholic counterparts and some introduce entirely new complex flavors. It's really fun to try them all.

This is a bang up little beverage. I love a good paloma, and this one hits it!

I haven't posted any content on this page for a while, so apologies for that, but I just had to post about my July box, featuring my absolute favorite non-alcoholic spirit, tequila!! There are ingredients for making a peach margarita, a pineapple paloma and a cactus rose ranch water. I decided to start with the peach margarita and it is so delicious! This is my favorite Raising the Bar box so far. I love Jarritos and Tajin and and all of these ingredients. This is such a fun box!

I'm over at a new place here in KC called Brewer's Corner and they have some tasty NA options, including this one! I love how places that cater to drinkers are starting to get more inclusive of their sober patrons as well.

I had these two ready to drink mocktails from for awhile and I decided to try them. I thought for sure that I’d like Coastal Spritz more than the Seaward and Tonic, but it turns out that I liked the Seaward and Tonic a lot. The Coastal Spritz was good, but I don’t think I will repurchase it, but I think I definitely will get the Seaward and Tonic again. They have a third one too, the Adrift and Tonic, but I didn’t have one to try. However, I do like their Adrift NA spirit, so I will probably like the Adrift and To ic as well.

I had this Güs blackberry in my refrigerator for a long time. I also got this bottle of tequila ages ago and I hadn’t cracked into it yet, so I thought, why not mix them? I added a squeeze of lime juice and a lime slice as well. It’s pretty good but I think next time I have this soda, I might mix it with an NA dark rum or something like that. Not a bad little evening drink though!
