Our unstoppable drive and force to take our partners in the bar industry to the next level has never been an obstacle regardless of the business size, calling, and/or engagement. We craft balanced cocktails with precise symmetry to stimulate all the senses and elevate passion and pleasure amongst our clients and their guests. Chris Marsicano, 29, went to college to study electrical and audio engineering. During this time he started working as a Fry Cook and began working his way up through the back of the house. Eventually he found himself managing the Kitchen of the Award Winning Murphy's Irish Pub in Tampa, FL, and as an Operating Partner at the renowned live music venue Beer Goggles in Largo, FL. Leaving engineering behind he continued to expand his foundational food and cocktail knowledge at beer goggles for several years before closing the doors and moving to Nashville, TN to pursue a different view on the food and cocktail culture. After a year traveling the Midwest dining and picking up shifts at different restaurants and cocktail bars, Chris returned to Tampa. He began working at the world renowned Mise En Place in the catering division and studying wine and culinary fusion under Wine Director Dave Madera and Executive Chef Marty Blitz respectively. With a strong understanding of the parallels between cuisine and cocktails, Chris uses his culinary background to inform his approach to the craft of tending bar, all the while making his top priority exceptional customer service. Most Recently, as the Beverage Director of Peace & Love Enterprises, he maintains the Beverage Program operations, making sure the company remains on the cutting Edge of Cocktail and Culinary Culture. Ian James Fales, 29, began working in kitchens when he was 16 years old. Training under many different Chefs, Ian eventually found himself as the Executive Chef of Dales 1891 in Tampa, FL. After leaving Dales Ian became a Corporate Chef for Winn-Dixie Supermarkets developing their deli & bakeries recipes while working closely with Chris Marsicano. Chris and Ian have known each other since childhood and after many years paving different paths in the same industry, decided to bring their knowledge and mutual love of food and drink together to start Red Dwarf Hospitality Management.
