Whole Baked Goodness, Inc., started in 2003, by founder and president, Karen McGhee. She began sharing her delicious whole grain, home-baked goods with friends and relatives. During the next coupleyears, the nutritious breads and cakes became so popular McGhee began to operate a retail bakery. Now, Whole Baked Goodness has expanded operations to include a commercial baking division, increasing the
chances that more bread lovers can enjoy the bakery’s tasty, high-quality breads, muffins, cakes, brownies and other whole grain treats. The built-in bonus for discriminating diners of diverse tastes is that all Whole Grain Goodness products are just that—whole grain and gluten-free. Our products can also be ordered nut-free, dairy-free and vegan on request. Our Nashville based baking center is Tennessee Department of agriculture certified. It turns out 4 baking cycles daily and handles up to 6,000 bakery products on a regular schedule and a much larger volume by special order.
