Having recently discovered the wonders of Brisling Sardines I decided to make what the Italians call Pasta con le sarde. I don't know what the true dish tastes like but I will say these smoked sardines lend a wonderful flavor to this pasta dish and I will definitely be making it again.

Oh, the sauce I made was made from homegrown tomatoes, Lion's Mane mushrooms I foraged and fresh picked peppers with a bit of garlic.
