🎉🎂 HAPPY 50TH BIRTHDAY TO THE BOSS! 🎂🎉
Today we’re celebrating a pretty big milestone — Michael is 50! 🥳
If you know Michael, you know that “boss” may be his title, but you’ll never find him standing around watching everyone else work. He works right alongside us, and most days, getting him to actually GO HOME is harder than getting the work done! 😂
The truth is, Horton’s is what it is today because of Michael’s dedication, drive, and determination. He has poured countless hours, long days, hard work, and a whole lot of himself into building this business. He is always thinking about what needs to be done next, what can be improved, and how to make Horton’s better.
He would never ask an employee to do something he wouldn’t do himself. If something needs doing, he jumps right in — whether that means cutting meat, unloading a truck, fixing something, helping a customer, cleaning up, or staying long after everyone else has gone home.
There are so many things our customers never see behind the scenes, and so much of it has Michael’s hands all over it. His work ethic, dedication to his family and this business, and determination to keep pushing forward are a huge part of the reason Horton’s has become what it is today.
We are incredibly fortunate to have a boss who doesn’t just own the business — he lives it, works it, and gives it his all every single day. ❤️
