Echo is our American Lager that has a small amount of corn in the malt bill with our normal Pilsner malt.

Clocking in at a Refreshing 4.3% ABV it’s perfect for this heat and lawnmower season.

Named after Echo Lake in New Hampshire and adorned with a forest sprite playing a sad lullaby to their departed friend.

The Balrog beckons and the roar of screeching metal and rock echos through the dark. A whip screams as it cuts through the air and cracks like thunder. Light is absent, but then all encompassing. Who dares to stand against such might?

Barrel Aged Anduin is our Indonesian Cinnamon, Vanilla, and a very small amount of lactose. Named for the famed Anduin River from the Lord of the Rings and adorned with the Balrog. We blended barrels that were all long boiled for this round to give it an exceptionally tasty viscosity and flavor.

We get flavors of Cinnamon Toast Crunch Milk, Vanilla, chocolate, brownie batter, and cookie dough. Limited 500ml bottles available at both taprooms tomorrow at open. Grab yours while they last!

We’re excited to bring you our first ever Table Lager!

Table beers are known for their low alcohol content and for when you want a little alcohol, but not a lot.

At 2% ABV this is over half the alcohol content of our regular lagers and Kolsch.

Named for the Danish word “small” in homage to the small beers in the world.

Aromas of fresh croissants, black tea, and honey give way to flavors of cantaloupe, lime.

Our flamingos are back with double the fruit from last year! This fruited sour named for the waterfall on the Hawaiian island of Maui, this beer hits all the right tropical flavors!

Fruited with Pineapple, Guava, and Strawberry, then rested on Madagascar Vanilla. This sour tastes like sweet tarts candy and Guava juice!

Brewer Ryan’s favorite lager is back! This time in 12oz 6-packs!

Japanese-style rice lager is one of his favorites from time spent abroad and this one is the closest expression to what we’ve tried to achieve yet.

As part of our constant experimentation we tried out a new pilsner malt and process on this rice lager and the flavor is amazing.

Light, slightly bready, refreshing, with a slight bite at the end to perfectly encapsulate what Japanese rice lager is.

Available Friday at open on draft and in cans at both locations! 乾杯

We’re excited to share another fresh drop of our favorite New England style IPA, which is dropping tomorrow at both locations!

This time using the new Citra Prysma hop flowable, which reduces bitterness to a memory and flavor to maximum!

Yosemite is our cross-over New England style IPA with a flair of west coast pine. It’s a double IPA that is 7.8% ABV.

Named for the Yosemite falls in Yosemite national Park and decorated with a Pine Tree Ent. grab one of our favorite IPAs and grab a four pack or two!
